i started working out and i want to get big i heard that using high weights and low reps you get bigger but i have fat around my chest would doing high weights low reps make me lose the fat or should i do low weights higher reps to lose the weight then move up to high weights low reps?

You will need cardio/aerobic exercises to lose the fat. Building muscle mass will assist with burning fat but there is no comparison to cardio.

choose heavey weights with low reps (4-8 reps) but use good form, if your form is bad, go lighter or else injury will occur> building muscle eats up alot of calories, it is better than cardio for losing fat>

lifting weights won't make you lose weight. cardio will.

Steroids...course, there are a whole lot of health risks in taking them...
