i had pe and i was changing in the looker room and this was after we just came back from summer break and the guys were saying that i look different. what do they mean???

You may be young, but perhaps you were playing Father Christmas for the primary kids, and just happened to leave your beard on in the shower!!

based on the question- you sound young,
your body grows like crazy over the summer, so you most likely DO look different and that's not bad.
