I have boost mobile for over a year now as a pre-paid phone service. I haven't experience any problems with their service at all. They have change their rate recently and now have a premium prepaid monthly plan if you want more minutes and features. The standard rate is 20 cents per minute and in the evenings from 9 pm to 7 am Monday to Friday it is 10 cents a minute. If you want to use the walkie talkie it will cost you $1.00 a day for usage within that day. Text message will cost you 10 cents to send but free to receive.

The premium monthly plans are $30, $50, and $70 depending on how much you use their services. For $30, you get unlimited walkie talkie and any calls you make will be charge 10 cents a minute that includes evenings as well.

For $50, you get unlimited walkie talkie, and 400 minutes of calling time. Once you use your 400 minutes it will be 10 cents a minutes afterwards.

For $70, you get unlimited walkie talkie and 600 minutes of calling time. Night and weekends are unlimited calling from 7 pm to 7 am Monday to Friday and includes Saturday and Sunday.

If you want unlimited text messaging and wireless web you can add a additional $10 to any of the premium monthly plans.

For me I like the premium prepaid monthly plans. You get more for your money if you make frequent calls and use the walkie talkie otherwise their standard plan rate is 20 cents a minute which is expensive for making calls. Overall boost mobile service is wonderful and I haven't had any problems with them at all.
