Every time I wake up from sleep, my legs or shoulders are fatigued, almost as if I had been doing weights sleepwalking. Yet when I don't move them, they do not feel anything. Movement that requires the minimum amount of strength causes tension on the muscles.

i would say no. talk to your doctor cause this is somting i havent ever seen

You probably need to get checked out,because it can be signs of
poor circulation.
