I'm the same way! Even though I know, intellectually, I've done nothing wrong, I still feel a vague but persistent sense of (guilt? shame? disquiet?)
Too often, I find the words, "I'm sorry." coming out of my mouth, even though less than a half-second later, I KNOW whatever I'm apologizing for is NOT my fault!
I have no answer for you, but I'm going to watch your question. Maybe we'll both find insight!

Til then, at least know you're not alone!

i often feel that way, sometimes for months or even years on end. what i'm seeing around the web in my own search for causes relates it to depression, anxiety, or un-diagnosed add or adhd.
