i get some good stuff there all the time. it is cheap but not used stuff.

Go down the dark ally, you know the one where the homeless man got stabbed last week behind the dumpster, just past that same dumpster on your left you will see a door that says "Warning do not enter" enter that door & ask for slasher, make sure you have your money with you & dont try to batter him down on the price or you'll meet a friend of his called stabbie, dont tell anyone I told you this or sent you there in fact you've never even heard of me, ok.

New stuff only gets so cheap.
Do an online search.
If you're willing to do used, you eliminated the #1 place in your question.
Try local pawn shops, many people hock them after XMas.
I don't like to buy used stuff because you never know if it is stolen.
