A recent Reader's Digest survey reaveled that, wait for it, New York City was the friendliest city in the world! The rudest was Mumbai, India. I agree that New Yorkers have gotten a lot friendlier recently (maybe it's a post-9/11 thing). But I would say that the Japanese are the friendliest and politest. The least friendly would definately be the French. I always knew they were a little whacky--with the whole anti-American business--but I only realized after visiting there that those folks have serious issues with moral decency.

I've traveled all over the world and the friendlies people I've met as a whole would be the Japanese. The friendliest State is probably South Dakota.
On the other side of the coin the rudest people I've met is the French, and rudest state probably New Jersey.

Self-centered people are the most unfriendly, and generous people who care about others are the most friendly. It's a matter of whether you are focused inwards or outwards.

I will have to Say the Japanese People are they have the utmost Respect for each other. we should all be Like That!! maybe we would have a better world and fewer wars!!! Iam going to say the Koreans. I just they hope they won't send any Nuclear Bombs over here.
