Usually walking starts at 11-12 months, and talking at about the same time.

You're a little slower than average, although nothing considerable.

It is a little late but still in the normal range. That is about how old I was when i learned to walk & talk.

It's average

My children all learned to walk at 9 or 10 months. They were all jabbering and speaking words before 1 year. We always talked to them and read to them every day.

Still normal. Oddly enough, I remember a painful moment when I was under a year old. My uncle took a picture of me being bitten by ants and I still remember when those ants were climbing on to my legs. Yup, we always remember really painful memories.

I was ten months old when i started to walk, but my brother didn't even begin to crawl until after is first birthday. he prefered the army crawl, flat on his belly, using his arms.
