Yes, i do. glad someone else is taking knot theory, although I took this course..hmmm i dont want to say how long ago. a 2 twist spun trefoil is an example of a knotted sphere in 4 S. i have included the reference below if you require mathematical proof or are unfamiliar with this particular structure! i can think of others but this is a novel structure.
