Some animals just don't like to be picked up.
If you want this animal to trust you you must always be absolutely trustworthy and gentle.
If you really want to hold it, try getting it used to being held by making a place where it's safe to sit with the rabbit on the ground. Sit on the ground and hold the rabbit in your lap. Be sure all it's feet are supported at all times. As it gets used to being off the ground you can gradually hold it higher and higher. Be patient and don't rush the animal.

Make sure when you pick her up you support her back legs and bring her close to your chest always supporting her entire body. Rabbits have been known to break their own back by kicking their back legs too hard when they are held by their body or the scruff of their neck. As many of the others said, keep it quiet and peaceful. Noise really scares them. Pick her up often and do the same thing every time. She will get used to it.

that is because she sees you as a preditor. The way to a rabbits heart is food. Carrots, celery, lettuce..you name it...you have to bribe her. Keep her busy while you have her outside her hutch.
Taming a full grown rabbit is frustrating and time consuming. Its best to start taming at a very young age.
GOOD LUCK

you can do this by giving her food when you see her ,,, pet her, most rabbits will never get that fear out of them no matter how kind you are,,, if this is a younger rabbit, you have a better chance,,, older rabbit ,,, forget it.
they are afraid that youi are going to eat them,,, this fear is born into them,,

hold her as much as possible and when you do try to keep from making sudden movements and keep her from loud noises she will slowly accept it, it sounds like you havent had her long or havent spent enough time with her, she will get used to it

Time time time time time. Thats all you can do is spend time with her and realize that she is a prey animal so she thinks everything is out to eat her.
