I have had great success on buying things on ebay. Even electronics.
What you HAVE to do is, is to pay attention to the seller's feedback. Even if they have a large feedback score, check to see how many negatives they have--and read the comments on the negatives. That will tell you just about everything.
Pay through PayPal on a credit card--real easy to do a charge back that way if the item does not show up. Also watch how much the seller is charging fro shipping and handling--the electronics section is notorious for huge shipping costs.
One last thing--you can do a "sort by" on ebay that will list the auctions closest to you. If you are bidding on a game system only a few miles from you, you can save on shipping and meet the seller.
Hope this helps

Technically, the 3000 is the greater effective purchase because of the fact it has greater colorings, so video games look greater bright. It has a greater effective refraction reveal so that is obtainable to play in wonderful daylight hours. It has a swifter refresh fee so much less ghosting pictures. It has a mic. uncertain what it is going to do. it may now use composite cables as an output, so which you will play PSP video games on an SD television. The narrow basically makes use of factor cables, so which you're able to have a ED or HD television to apply it. the downside to the 3000 is that the refresh fee is swifter, so some video games tend to have test strains. don't be attentive to if it is going to difficulty you or no longer. Sony is likewise attempting to eliminate custom firmware, so the 3000 makes it harder to place in custom firmware. The 3000's battery existence is likewise shorter by way of advancements.

Its ok to buy a PSP on eBay. You can look at others people feedback, which other sellers have left, if they have a lot of negitive feedback, then don't buy from them. The item is also protected if you pay through paypal.

This one guy got tricked in to buying the PSP box for the price of a PSP, but that's because he didn't pay attention to the fact it said "Just the box, not the actual PSP", but yeah. As long as you pay attention to what the person wrote.

Try seeing the bidders on ebay motors. They are hidden.
They are coming to your ebay.
