How do you tell your dear family and friends and lovers especially that you are going to die especially when you have contracted a terminal illness? Is lying to them that you are going to migrate to another country possible so that they will never find out ? Or should i just ditch my lover and go overseas before i pass away so he will just hate me and never get sad?Or should i bravely tell them?

Never lie especially to your significant other because they trust in you to be truthful to them at all times, i mean, would you want to know the truth if it were reversed? It is really hard to sit down and tell somebody you are going to die or that your life will be short because you have a terminal illness or a disease but you have to be strong and brave and tell the truth. There have been many times in my life where ive had to tell the woman I love something very serious is wrong with me and i dont know how long im going to live, but i told her and she's been there for me through thick and thin. If you love them with all your heart you need to discuss it with them, let them know exactly how you feel and let them know you need their support through it. You cant do it on your own and if you run away from the problem you will regret it. It is very tough but you can do it, they deserve to know and you'll have no regrets in the end.

Wow!! That is a tough question! Please accept my condolences.
I think it would be best if you told them about your situation. It would give you some people to lean on as you go thru your final days here on earth and would give them a chance to say good bye (As well as give them a chance to tell you how much they love you)
Some years ago,2 members of my Family were diagnosed with Cancer and they were both very up front and honest about it from day one. (Fortunately,they both survived...but at the time nobody knew if they would survive or not)

If you really love him, you should tell him the truth. If he really loves you, he'll want to make the most of the days you have left on this earth, together.
Just because your life isn't as long as you thought it would be, doesn't mean you should drop the life you have and hide from it.

Tell them. I know it will be hard but they will want to be with you during this tough time. You love someone not only through the good times but also in bad times.

You know it may not be your time to go so why not try GOD what do you have to loose? You need to tell the truth you know God has the final say in our lives!!!! Don't give up give him a try good luck and GOD BLESS.......
