The less water the better. Pledge makes a good wood cleaner, not polish. Mix accoriding to directions, put in a spray bottle. Mist on the wood floor and use a microfiber mop and wipe the floor, going with the grain.
For the tile floor, also the less water the better. Pinesol in a spray bottle, mist on the floor. With a different microfiber mop, wipe the floor.

don't laugh but there is a product called fabuloso that comes from Mexico they use it with everything done there and I have used it for years its in a clear bottle and is purple so it is easy to identify when you see it. Follow the directions and it will most likely do the trick if for some reason it does not, then consult a professional cleaning service in your area and see if they will share some info with you about what they use as pros because their stuff has to work or they don't have a business very long now put that do rag on and sing some do-dahs while you scrub away good luck

Nothing beats A Mr Clean sponge for tile floors! Of course you are on your hands and knees but the finished product is a gleaming tiled (ceramic) floor.

After you clean with your Mr. Clean sponge and some Pine Sol/Fabuloso/Bleach (your cleaner of choice!) makke sure to rinse with cold clean water and dry with a towel or clean rag.

nothing beats getting on your hands and knees with a scrubbrush. imho. or a scratchy sponge. like polishing each tile. i'm not an expert on wood. but i scrub each tile individually.
sometimes i have to scrape things off with my fingernails (which are acrylic and very hard) you might have to use a scraper of some sort, but not something that will scratch the tile. make it a mediation.
