if it was so important to stop the spread of comminism then why did bush vist the country last month for trade negotiations?
isn't that spitting in Nixon, LBJ and FJKs' face, not to mention all the dead drafties?

All these phrases that you hear these days are simply coordnated by a Central Office in the US and created by the Israelis. They run all the one liners, soundbites through their wordprocessors and send it to their mouthpieces by fax and emails.

I will give you two irrefutable examples to prove my point. First, you will see that all the Republicans, rightwingers, so called conservatives and the Israel -overs-America-Haters say the exact sam ephrases, I mean t-h-e e-x-a-c-t s-a-m-e p-h-r-a-s-e-s on TV all the time. Secondly, read the bood Frank Rich's "The Greatest Story Ever Sold".

To answer your question, yes, there is a difference in rhetoric, and the beneficiaries of the two wars, this time the beneficiary is ISRAEL. Other than these two, they are exactly the same.

Vietnam was fought for a cause. This war has none except to try to preserve our President's sterling reputation around the world.

There is no difference in the wars...they were all done for one reason...POWER. But in this case...oil had a lot to do with it also. Strange you never hear anythign about it, huh???
