I know everyone is different, but when did nausea set in for you? Did anyone get aches/pains, runny nose? General feeling of "flu" like symptoms?

Yes! Right away. As a matter of fact I really thought I had the flu and because of that I didn't find out I was pregnant until I was already about 8 weeks prego.

omg I thought I was sick with the flu did not want to get out of bed had aches and pains I hurt all over , and felt some nausea about the 2nd month .... lol and my boobs hurt badly that was made me take my test

With my 1st I had symptoms on the day my period was due - this time it took about 3 weeks to kick in.
Your body changes so much you are more likely to catch things - this time I have had a really bad mouth abcess and a sore neck / temp
Check with PG test to be sure

Lets see I had some nausea like for a week or so in my 6th week.
But i was just very tired and run down the first few months.
Rib pain came in like my 8th month. It was a *****

sore boobs (a week before I was due to get my period which never came), feeling 'tight' in my abdomen. Later after I knew I was, I felt nauseated, puked, etc. Strangely no appetite (even now). I feel blah most of the time.
