Scientists have found some interesting things about human sexual attractiveness. It seems to be an indicator of general health and fitness to reproduce.
To have a reasonable amount of body fat, not too little and not too much, shows that a woman is capalbe of conceiving and sustaining a pregnancy. To have this fat distributed in the classic "hourglass" shape shows that her endocrine system is functioning properly, and again shows that she is a good bet for reproduction.
In males, good musculature shows that he is healthy. Muscles, facial hair, and a deep voice show that his endocrine system is in good shape and and his sperm is viable. Also it's a social cue, that he is not as likely to be dominated by other males who may deprive him of livelihood, or steal and abuse his family.
In males and females, symetry to the face and body shows that the person enjoyed good health prenatally and thru-out their development, and is again an indicator of health and reproductive fitness.
So yes, a woman you describe (yourself?) can be sexy or sexually attractive if she presents herself as a suitable candidate for mating and rearing a family. In fact it's better if she's modest and sweet rather than overly forward, becuase this tells the male that she will be a faithful mate and a good parent. He need not worry so much about being cuckolded or about his children succombing to neglect.
Sorry if this seems kind of crass, in that there's a lot more to human beings than our reproductive fitness, but you did ask about sexiness, and you know the natural purpose of sex is to continue life into the next generation. It's a lot of trouble, for a female to to endure pregnancy, or for anyone of any gender raise a family. I believe that this is why we fall in love, to make all the trouble worthwhile.
