If you want Restore the computer, you have to press F8 right after yoru turn on the computer. But if you talking about System Restore, you must go to Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Restore > Pick a Date > Restore

Hi some computer has what thay call a go back system you can find this in program go to start then program look in there this will take you computer back to a later date were your computer was working try that if that dont work you may have too reinstall window hope this helps

with XP tap f8 on startup to get the safe mode screen. There you have an option of Last Known Good Configuration. It may work,but if your computer sucessfully booted before the failure it probably won't.

yes when you restart your computer you will want to hit the f11 key until the screen comes up and it was say restore and there you go

at bootup hit f8 or f10 depending on the BIOS, boot into safe mode.. in safe mode go to system tools and click on system restore..
