Just last night on the food channel I learned that if your oven is dirty it can make your food cook uneven

rotate diner from time to time. If its a gas stove run like heck!

Ovens are insulated if its old the insulation could have shifted,not much help for it

Some over will do this or they'll heat in the back, front, hotter.

elements may be damaged and need to be replaced..available at any appliance store and very easy to install them too...
