they hide a blade so the fans wont see it and then they will cut their foreheads and their blood will mix with their sweat and it looks like they are bleeding a lot.

First of all, calling wrestling "fake" is the most insulting, disrespectful thing you could ever do to a wrestler, but I digress. We all know now that wrestlers blade themselves, but I just wanted to point out that they ONLY blade their foreheads, and never past the hairline. Anywhere else someone happens to bleed is from a legitimate injury.

If you didn't want rude answers, then you shouldn't have asked such a rude question! "I know wrestling is fake..." THAT was unnecessary. Have YOU ever experienced the pain and hell of being on the road at least 4 days a week... YEAR-ROUND, flying hours a day, driving from city to city, state to state, checking into hotels at 2 or 3 in the morning and waking up at 6 or 7 to work out to maintain, eating whatever is available, yet having to watch your diet, wrestling on a hard mat that has little to no give in front of a crowd of THOUSANDS, TENS of thousands even, all for entertainment's sake? To be able to find the time for your fans and to be amiable with them and to dedicate yourself to this sport is so much more than ignorant people like you can comprehend. As for your actual question, though...
NO! THEY DO NOT USE BLOOD PACKETS, CAPSULES, OR ANYTHING! Sometimes, they genuinely f*ck themselves up as with the Jeff Hardy/Joey Mercury ladder incident. That's the natural way of juicing. Otherwise, they "juice" or "gig," which is when they use a small, sharp piece of metal to cut themselves slightly. The cut should be small and placed at precise spots in order for there to be a good crimson flow going and also to limit the number and visibility of scars.

I am a wrestler, there are two different ways to get a person to bleed in a match one is to slightly cut the forehead or where ever and cover it with vaseline then during the match you wipe the vaseline off. or you can do like ric flair has done for years, you carry a very small blade in the waistband or your trunks and cut your self during the match. most of the wwe wrestlers today use this method most of the time.

I think that they take razors from under the ring and cut themselves where ever they need to. That is what I heard atleast. It is kind of weird, but that's what I heard.
Good luck finding out! I hope I helped!

Quite often the blood is real. The wrestler will cut their own forehead.

The wrestlers hide tiny razors in their tights and/or wristbands and when they are off camera they cut themselves.
