they (DX) put his head in a steel chair, then shawn micheals elbow dropped onto it, it crushed his larynx (voice box). just like kane had done to shawn micheals in 2003 i belive (may have been 04) also like gene snitsky did to kane at taboo tuesday in 04

he had internal injuries after dx put a chair on his neck and hbk elbow dropped on to it.
