Is it Dinner For One? This is actually a 1963 german film starring Freddie Finton (a British comedian) as the butler serving dinner and impersonating all his mistresses guests, and getting extremely drunk.
It is also a bit of a tradition in Australia, being shown every New Years Eve on SBS TV.

Dambusters. And to DC, "Kes" came out in the 1970s. The Yorkshire Comedian Dougie Brown made an appearence as the milkman in that film!
