Don't bother with companies that you have to pay...start here...Contact NYS - Office of Children and Family Services. The area of their website that you really want to see is; http://www.ocfs.state.ny.us/main/becs/starting.asp
They are providing support for people interested in starting day care programs in their communities. They offer a lot. Good luck!
