I am pretty sure that my friend likes me.Although she has never said it...her body language does. She is really really shy and she would not make the first move. How could i tell if she wants to be persuaded. I dont want to give her a surprise kiss cuz that might scare her. She knows that i am bi yet she doesnt to anything about our relationships. Could someone PLEASE tell me what are the signs that she wants to kiss me? Another thing...she has a habit of always lookin deep into my eyes...i dunno wheter she is testing me or if she is trying to tell me something. I always catch her staring at me. A couple of times i caught her staring at my chest...thanks for da advice!!!

Ask her "Have you ever thought about being with a girl?" That will open the subject. If she says "Yes" then ask her if she has ever thought about kissing you.

First of all, what is her sexuality? If she's not straight, then I think you should tell her how you feel. It sounds like she likes you. And if you really do think she likes you and she's not the type to make the first move, then if you want anything to happen, you're going to have to tell her how you feel. I know it will be hard but it's the only way. I hope this helped.

If you try and kiss her and miss, you should say that you were going to tell her a secret (whisper). By the way that you're describing things, she does seem interested. You should try body language, but don't come off too strongly because it might be intimidating.

I think that old standby - TALKING - is the right way to go. You don't want to embarrass either of you so this way you will at least know what is what.
And the 'bi' thing is a completely other question. WOW!
