should i get all the starters frist then bring it to ruby then restart it and get the next one then re start it then get the lsat obe so i would have them all or should i just have one then rent leaf green and get the rest and catch the ones i cant get in fire red PLZ TELL ME

ruby can't trade to fire red until you beat fire red, and then do an extra sidequest where you make a time machine, by getting the sapphire and the ruby
so it will take a long time before you are even able to trade. but it is possible, of course.
without leaf green, or sapphire, there are several pokemon that you will never be able to get, if you only have ruby and fire
also, even if you had fire, leaf, ruby, sapphire, and emerald, there are STILL pokemon you can't get - and i'm not talking about jirachi, mew, celebi, and deoxys
there are certain ones that you can only get on pokemon colosseum on gamecube. and Gale:XD has a few as well.

You can do that...a lot of people do that. However, for fire red you'll have to beat the elite 4 and get the ruby plate in the seven islands first to do that. Which will take a long time to do...then you can trade them over to ruby, get a new one-trade and repeat and then just trade the two back over after getting the last one and do the same with ruby trading over Treecko after starting, restart Torchic, restart and then Mudkip.

Here's the problem with your plan. Unless you have a lot of time on your hands, your won't ever get to trade with Ruby, because you have to go through many steps to actually get to the point that you can trade, for certain weird reasons at Nintendo. What you should do instead if you want it the easier way, is get LeafGreen, or wait until something else comes out(maybe OceanBlue :P) and then do the trade so it can occur immediately.
