If the pulley is bolted solid through the center, it is an idler pulley. If it is mounted on a spring loaded arm it is the tensioner pulley.
O'Reilly Auto Parts list the tensioner pulley as an assembly, or just the pulley. Number for the assembly is Gates 38156, $80.99, and for the pulley alone is Gates 38010 ,$19.99.
