OK, calm down. Your life doesn't depend on this, though this is an inconvenience. It sounds as though her mom is one of those moms who believe that her daughter can do no wrong. She probably blames you guys for her daughter getting kicked out of school and is trying to get you guys in trouble. I think that since she has had problems with the principal in the past he/she probably knows that the mother is whacked and making up stories. What your parents can do, actually, is get a restraining order placed against her and her mother to not have any contact with you and to not come within a certain distance from you. That is a start. If things persist you can go to the precinct and ask what other options you have, or if your parents know an attorney, they can ask him/her.

Good luck. And I hope this ends soon and without too much trouble.

Well, if u didn't harrass her on the phone, then dont even worry about it, but if u did, then u need to apologize so the so called weird mom wont trace the call back to ya.
So, its your call.
If this is all just an immature prank, then ignore the whole situation.

I would say to you, because I too was a kid in highschool and had many problems.

If she calls, hang up the phone.
If she makes fun of you at school, turn the other way, and call her names under your breath.
If she writes stuff about you on Myspace, delete your account and let it know to her that you are severly ignoring her.
If she tries to apologize and talk to you, look at her like shes speaking waka-laka kookie language.

OVER ALL- just pretend like shes got some disease you could catch if you associated with her, so just ignore it. She'll get the picture, so just hold out, and you'll find better friends. trust me.

Ask for phone records, and the date/time of the calls. If your life really does depend on this, involve the police. This is called slander or defamation of character. If you don't think that it is serious enough to get the police involved, then I would let it go.

If this is the only thing your life depends on then your life must be mighty grand.
Focus on learning at school or your life and ability to get a decent Job will depend on it.
Girls have to stop being so "at each other" get over it and move on...

Sweetie, your life doesn't really depend on this. Quit worrying about phone calls, ex friends, and accusations and start paying attention in school, and perhaps you could learn to spell.

If you've been accused of something and you've been warned not to be talking to this person; then stay away from her. You can however, ask a friend of hers to relay the message about your feeling and explain your side of the story.

If she is an X friend, leave it at that, DO NOT CALL OR CONTACT HER ANY LONGER. If you feel in your heart that she is causing you problems just for the fun of it, it can only end badly, move one.

are you and your friends guilty of harrassing her with prank calls?

I'd like to learn more about this "long storiee". people dont just up and start a new school for no reason. sounds like she was being bullied and had to leave to get away from it.........

It is super easy to ignore something. You don't even have to have half a brain to ignore something. Let it go and stop worrying about other people.
