there are some bra sizing sites online, but they suck. I was a 38J and those sites had me at a 38B, 36A, 40D, etc. don't trust 'em.
go to nordstroms or similar type store (NOT victoria secret or fredericks, they size them totally different than anyone else). they'll help you find the right size.

Hi, i work at a retail store, and i sometimes take a shift in lingerie. to find out the width measure around your rib cage ( for me it is 38) for the cup measure around the biggest part of your bust. (for me it is 42)
so there is a difference of 4 number. A B C D....i am a D38..

Measure below your chest for the strap size, measure around the chest and that helps you find the cup size.
