i would say watch them both, but it all depends on if you prefer science fiction or just plain out stupidity. i think you know what i'm talking about. but no matter what you like if they are both on at the same time i'd say watch family guy. it is hilarious especially stewie. if you are in the mood for a good laugh family guy is definitely the way to go.
and if you really like the show watch stewie's movie, stewie griffin the untold story. it will definitely convince you to frequently watch the show. hope i could be of a help
