Set up a new screenname and avatar, then start messing with his posts and what not, randomly reporting him, or maybe leading him on with questions and answers.
A friend of mine pulled a pretty good gag on me that way, taking advantage of my kind hearted nature and naivete, and it was funny, though it did sting some.

I'd go into work and spy on him until I found him playing around on his computer then I'd report him to HR. Or else, I might set up a profile and start flirting with him online and set him up somehow.
