Yes, MANY people have Lenovo laptops. Lenovo took over the Thinkpad brand name when IBM quit making them. I am pretty sure that if NOBODY owned one, Lenovo would be out of business. Was that what you REALLY meant to ask?

Lenovo bought IBM and the computers are about the same. They run windows just like every other PC... If it is too confusing maybe you should just reinstall Windows without all the extra stuff that comes the Lenovo.

Have bought several Lenovo laptops for the college I work at, seem to do the job fine, as mentioned, they are IBM thinkpads under a new name
