How would you describe the house seen on the new Yours, Mine, and Ours?

I'm looking at house plans and am just confuzzled on how you would describe it? It's the big lighthouse that everyone lives in...

Well, I know it's a lighthouse, but I was wondering if there was any other way to describe it, since saying it is a lighthouse doesn't give me many results.
