the best "look" starts with a understanding or you!
What image do you want to share or express?
classic well fitting clothes are always best
buy pants that fit your waist and "inseam" [inside thigh]
alter the pants length to match your shoes.
seasonal favorites and some "Staple" clothes. sweaters-pullovers.
Colors- I would look into your eyes for a clue. Put it up to your face, it will make your eyes "pop" and your skin color look healthy.
Army greens for brown or hazel
Blues for Blues or some dark browns
"Jewel tones" are wonderful for dark men.
You can never go wrong with a undershirt and a clean crisp -pressed white or azure blue collared designer button down-long sleeve shirt and well fitted dark denim jeans with a cool belt ( your can rock it or make it classic with the accessories) or combed khaki with black leather shoes or boots and classic straight cut leather jacket.
its the bits and pieces that you put with it that changes the BASIC wardrobe.
A great hair cut, brow wax and manicure and pedicure will make a OK guy into really great looking! If you can't maintain that hair style admit defeat and get a great cut that requires no attention- tell the stylist- Dude I want "wash and go hair".
If you are pasty white, a spray on tan (professional) can really boost your mood as well.
the best looks start from the inside out- watch your diet and get your skin cleanser and moisturizer and use them! Buy the best razor and keep it clean and sharp- only shave a warm moist face-at the end of the shower.
Think of it from a tactile sense, if it feels good you want to touch it right?! So will somebody else.

Red would look good with your dark hair,also white because that's sexy especially if you have a few buttons undone at the top to give a peek at your chest.Also black and charcoal gray because it would make you look debonaire and mysterious.

I personally prefer a dark-haired man, but I wouldn't say all women do. Brad Pitt...Leonardo DiCaprio...Jude Law...Matt Damon... Just a few blond men who don't seem to have any trouble getting the girls!

If you have light eyes: (if green) black, hunter green, white
(if blue) black, navy, parliament blue, white, baby blue
If you have dark eyes: black, white
Khakis are great for all and grey sweatshirts/pants
Honestly, I like gym clothes and sports clothes on men.
