I'm sorry, but getting to that level takes time. A lot of time. If you are asking someone to get to that level for your little cousin, I doubt they are going to accept. Anyways, are you sure your cousin wants to play the game? I died non-stop, and I just got tired of it.

You can't share accounts. That's breaking the rules. Have your cousin start from scratch. You can get all the levels up to level 3 on Tutorial Island besides the members ones and the crafting.
