I just downloaded the latest version of iTunes and after I restarted my computer all of my purchased music was gone(which was over $200 worth of music and videos. I have the proof, because I just viewed my account and all my purchase history showed up. I just e-mailed them because that's the only way you can contact them. Has anyone else had the same problem, and how long does it usually take for them to get back with you?

Update ...
I did the whole "Check for Purchases" thing and after a few seconds, I got this message that said...
"All purchases have been downloaded for this
account"
Purchases can only be downloaded once once. You can burn a CD, or use shared folderson your local network to transfer
them to another computer.

If on a Apple go to
1) finder
2) music (folder)
3) iTunes (folder)
now it depends on your situation, but you either need to go to previous iTunes Libraries (folder) or iTunes Music (folder).
If u hav to go to the iTunes Music folder then you will hav to double click on each song and it should go to your library. (I had to do it and I hav over 600 songs, but it didnt take too long)
