relax.. everyone goes through an ugly duckling phase when they are in their teens.. you have to find your personal style as you get older and maintain grace in your speaking , manners,, clothes and makeup...
and you will be perceived as attractive by everyone..
grooming is more important than just inherited good looks.. as grooming created acquired good looks..

Sweetheart... you are NOT fat!!! For one, you are only 16 and two, 100 lbs is not big AT ALL. It is a healthy weight for you. High school sucks and everyone has insecurities because you constantly compare yourself to others. I did not find myself attractive until college and still had some insecurities. The truth is, you have to look in the mirror and look into all the GOOD in yourself don't look at the bad. I guarantee you are a beautiful girl and trust me 100 lbs is not overweight! If your acne bothers you, try Proactive or if your parents will allow it ... birth control pills (they help clear skin up pretty well!)

Being beautiful starts with being HAPPY, healthy, and situation-appropriate (your clothes and attitude match the situation).
It sounds like you've got the healthy thing figured out. I'm soooo proud of you for losing weight and getting into shape.
Sadly, you think that if you're beautiful, you'll be happy. Unfortunately, the opposite is true --- if you are happy, then you'll be beautiful, even if your have a few extra pounds! I know that it's tough to see at your age, but if you are a happy, confident person, people will want to be around you. Conversely, you could be a Playboy model and make yourself quite ugly if you're unhappy (SERIOUSLY!! I've seen it!).
It's normal for girls (and guys, but more for girls) to have self-esteem and body image issues at your age. I could get a bunch of guys together, and we could all make passes at you, and you'd still feel ugly (and be angry at the guys too).
Bottom line -- do you like YOU? I don't mean, do you like your appearance... I mean, do you like YOU? Are you your own hero? Do you trust your own judgment? Do you think that you're a great person? If not, then that's your next beauty step. If you get this part figured out (and how much worse can it be than losing weight???) then you'll be a knockout.
Email me or IM me if you want to talk more...

i am sorry dear but you are suffering from a condition that has so far been left in the idiopathic area of medicine.
some doctors and lay people call this conmixatoryateena
but that is not the real name . as for a cure its called time and
check. you have to play chess with your mind . evertime it goes telling your fat and or ugly you have to match it with i am cute.... smart ..... average ..... normal ..... nice........... hot..........
and so on . in the end teens win this chess match most everytime,
if you try this for a few months or half a year and you feel your loosing the match then get some pro help from someone that finished the game and won . that can be mom sister friends mom
teacher even a doctor but rarely is a doctor needed to win this match its more a game every girl plays thinks the others are not playing it but later at the end finds out they all played this same mental game of chess in there minds during the teen years.

Well first of all, if those things ARE really wrong with you, the first step to feeling better is literally, take care of yourself. Once you start excercising and washing your face daily you will feel better about yourself. Read fashion magazines to get ideas on how to style your hair and make up. And get a job so you can get microdermabrasion done to lessen the appearance of your scars and help clear up your acne. And, its really important to surround yourself with positive thinkers as well. I would rather be alone than around people who diss on how I look or try to change the way I feel about myself.

You've got to understand that, you're only 16, and your body is still growing and changing. You have to be comfortable with your own body because there is no way to satisfy everyone's desires all the time. You should speak to someone you trust about your self esteem though.

Doesn't sound like your physical appearance needs much help. Get some help with your self esteem though.
