I really want to out to a club on new years eve but my boyfriend wants us to go to a party at his mates house. The thing is my bfrind is not english nor are his mates and they said that they would be more comfortable having ther own party. I dont live near my friends or family. Also ive a new outfit which isnt really for a house party.

Go out,if your boyfriend wont,you go out with friends and arrange to meet up with him later to see the new year in,that way you both get to go where you want to go and still see in the new year together

Stay home n watch a movie together. Its too expensive n packed n generally not that fun going out new years eve, I'll just be having a glass of wine or 10 n playing games n watching a movie or two with my partner n son..plenty of other nights to go out clubbing.

Ask him if he minds you going out for New Years as you won't feel as comfortable or enjoy a house party as much. Maybe he'll give up the house party and come with you....

If you want to go to a club on New Years Eve, then you go to one and if your boy friend prefers his mates party,then let him go, and tell him that you might see him ' next year ' it all depends if you meet " someone nice" whilst your out.!!

I'd stay in TV dinner, TV or DVD Chocs, wine what more do you want? I'd give him a push and get some who wants to be with you. I must say the first option is very appealing, might do that myself
