Is there anyway to not vomit while pregnant? Or anything I can take to keep my stomach happy? I just found out today I am pregnant, so I haven't been to a Dr. yet.

i'm not fricken scared of vomiting, I just don't want to be doing that all the time. For christ's sake, answer the question instead of criticizing me.

vomiting is a good sign while your pregnant...it means the hormones are kicking in...there is nothing to get rid of it but you can help it by staying away from food that gives heartburn...like spice and cokes and stuff...congrats....and good luck

Oh dear, I hate vomiting and feeling like I am going to. I couldn't keep anything down for 6 weeks with my 2 pregnancies! I think it all depends on the person. Some people say crackers and dry carbs (toast bread) and not let your stomach get empty that did not work for me. It is just trail and error. But more importantly if you are throwing up a lot and not drinking you can become dehydrated and you need to be seen by a doctor if that happens so call them if it gets that bad. Congratulation and good luck it is all worth it in the end to see that baby looking back at you!

Try saltine crackers, chances are your morning sickness will last about 3 months, if it gets out of hand tell your Dr

there's an old wifes thingy that says eating pure ginger, or ginger crystals helps alot...i can't stand ginger so i had ginger ale by the litre and that really helped. i was bad enough as it was, as soon as i drank some i just felt sick, instead of spewing here there and everywhere. plus if u can't cope the doc'll give u summat 4 it apparently

Ask your Dr. about vitamin B6. If you do a search online "B6 and morning sickness" you will find that this vitamin will help you.

Congrats!!!
