It's great that you're concerned about your health - this is so much more important than looks! The very BEST thing you can do for yourself right now is go to your doctor (or to a clinic) and ask for help. Your doctor can help you make a PLAN for weight-loss and exercise that works for you. He/she will also determine if there is a medical reason for your shortness of breath - this can be caused by many things, not just weight.
You want to be a healthy weight and have a healthy body for your whole life, right? Then you need to take the best possible care of yourself and that means getting the best kind of advice and care. Don't go for a fad diet, or some kind of quick fix - go for the healthy body and healthy habits. YOU CAN DO IT! Good luck!

a million) get faraway from counting energy and thinking what share take a seat-united statesyou could do. you are going to force your self insane. embody what you consume, and consume moderately. don't be so fed on with energy. consume slowly and till you're complete, ingesting a million-2 glasses of water on an identical time as you consume. do no longer deny your self the ingredients you like--in basic terms consume much less of them. 2) Run at evening. Do pilates. start up small till now you progression up. in case you get winded particularly, attempt strolling for half-hour a evening. you could no longer run till you could stroll. 3) Get off the size. The greater concentrated you're on a sort, the harder you would be on your self. weightloss like this can't be on the spot. you may take it sluggish. Weigh your self in basic terms as quickly as a week and degree your self each month. that's it. something of the time stay concentrated on your exercising. each evening do something--even for half-hour. 4) Set a useful objective. Seventy kilos in 4 months is slightly under 20 kilos/month. that's 5 kilos/week, that's pushing it. instead of that, concentration on your waist length. i'm guessing you're around a length 18/20? Set a objective for 12/14 via August. it somewhat is do-able.

Eat a regular diet. If you starve yourself, you won't have as much nutrients to build muscle. Do lots of sit-ups and push-ups. Crunches are actually better than sit-ups if you know how to do them, but they are similar. Start with five or ten of each and increase the amount every time it starts getting easy. The last one you do should be strain to do. Exercise every other day or so. The trick is to make sure to give your muscles a day off between each day of exercise so that they can grow. If you are getting enough protein in your diet, you will quickly build up muscle. Don't worry, you won't have bulging muscles, but you will look a lot slimmer. The bigger muscles will use up more of your body fat.

Start out slow that way you won't quit in two weeks... for starters cut out all cokes and salt and no more fast food! Switch to skim milk or reduced fat milk... Eat 1/2 cup oatmeal with coffee and orange juice and a fruit in the morning grilled chicken and veggies for lunch and grilled salmon or tuna and and a baked potato with parkay spray butter or vinegar for dinner DRINK WATER BEFORE EVERY MEAL and WITH ALL EXCERSISES!!!! whenever a commercial comes on when you are watching tv try to go out for a walk... commercials normally last two minutes... so if you are walking during a 30 min show you will have walked about 10 min!!! and you will start to see more improvements with your yoga and crunches.... GOOD LUCK!

You get winded because you need to work on your cardio, I suggest starting at a gym and enrolling in an aerobics class, that will work on your cardio and you will lose weigh! Another thing constinue with the sit ups, they work great!
Talk to your docter about a customized diet for you, it's the healtiest and most efficient way to go. You will get the best results! I hope it works out!

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!
Get started today!
