Most of the errors I have seen reported in Coin World and Numismatic News have been to circulation strikes and coins in mint sets. There may have been an error in the regular proof sets, I think a double die. I don't collect error coins, but read my issues of those magazines every week and I have a good memory. I do not remember reading anything about error coins in the silver proof sets. Remember getting 2 of the same quarter and missing one, does not count as an error, for the case can easily be opened and that done outside the mint. There is usually no premium on that type of error.
