Just restart it, if that doesn't work. When the PC is starting press F8 and click on Normal mode.

Restart the computer and press F8 as soon as it restarts(keep on tapping the F8 key), yu will get many options, select Normal Mode, if you are not able to boot to normal mode, select Last Known Good Configuration, even if you are not able to boot normally, back up the data and reinstall operating system.

Just restart it and then the screen will say sumthing like this
1.Safe mode
2.Normal
3.Cd Rom reset
Or sumthing like that just hit the normal # and hit enter

if your pc is restarting on itself in normal mode , for sure there is something wrong in your memory module that why it keeps restarting.
