My point was that I never received a handbook or paperwork explaining their drug policy until 3 weeks after being hired and BY LAW YOU CANNOT DRUG TEST AN EMPLOYEE IF IT WAS NOT MENTIONED BEFORE DATE OF HIRE.

every job i have ever been in has tested for drugs, its just the way it is now
have you ever thought of maybe just not doing drugs?

I read your other question and you need to realize, that a place of employment has the right to and chances are give you a drug test, unless its say mcdonalds. They also have the right to give you one at any point, randomly.

is it posted on the door when u walk in? or on the walls in the company break room? drug free workplace posters? dont know but i would think that would matter-

that's true but most jobs now test you and they don't tell you before you get the job.

i think employers can drug test you anytime they feel like it. they do that in pro sports.
