Taking my mom, who is now 79, to Stockholm with me on a business trip. For one thing, I'm not sure how much longer she will be up for traveling. For another, she got to meet some of my colleagues and learn a little about what I do. For the third, I got to show off my mom TO my colleagues! Finally, Stockholm is one of the most beautiful, clean, and interesting cities in the world!

my mothers death christmas day. She spent 2 joyous days with her family drove 5 minutes home happy and content and unloading her pressies, at 84 tripped with her best friend closeby. She passed away quickly . Nice innings, and a merciful painless death. Tragic most would think, but most wish secretly they could be that lucky I feel.
