How do I get my Sims to speak english?

Im playing the sims 2 game and my sims are speaking every other language but english. Please help me!

you can't - they are only babbling

i know that it really sounds like they are actually talking, but it's just based on their moods toward each other, that's all

it's random pictures and sounds that are put through

i will admit, simlish really does sound like they're talking
