The Glass Castle by Jeannette Wells. It's a memoir about Wells' impoverished childhood, and messed up parents. I couldn't put it down. I also loved A Million Little Pieces and My Friend Leonard by James Frey. I just finished She's Come Undone by Wally Lamb. He writes another called I Know This Much is True, about twin boys who had a horrible life, and one of them is schizophrenic. Page turner. I loved Fall on Your Knees too. Hope you like!

if u like adventure yet almost a horror i highly recommend "companions of the night" by Vivian Vande Velde
it is about kidnapping, romance, gang wars and most of all vampires. If u choose this book please do not read at 1 in the morning it will give u the creeps without lights on after wards. It happened to me...just take it to heart no reading at night or early morning hours.
