Thinly sliced turkey, green leafy lettuce, some whole berry cranberry sauce, a little bit of leftover stuffing on whole wheat bread with a little bit of Hellman's mayo (none of that generic mayonnaise crap, it'll ruin the sandwich).

Best turkey sandwich, ever!

Here's the deal:

1-Get a good quality oven roasted turkey. Smoked or cajun-style are best.

2-Use nice thick whole-grain bread.

3-Add a slice of gouda cheese to it.

4-Add some bacon

No Mayo....two options:
1) A little creamed horseradish
or
2) A little cranberry sauce

YUM-MY!

Next: grilled mushrooms
Finally: provolone cheese

Broil until the cheese melts
Add another piece of bread/toast to the top and smush. Enjoy!
