You mean as in... when talking to other men? That should be no. Personally, I'm usually self-conscience about it when talking to a woman with LARGE breasts. I don't stare or anything, but you can't help but to take a quick glance when they're overly big and are poking right out at you. I'd think it wouldn't be any different when a female is talking to a male with big biceps (in a short sleeve short to show it). You're not going to stare, but it's not the norm so you can't help but to take a little peek. :-)

I can only answer as a straight man, so I only look at womens breasts when I talk to them. I suppose its the same for guys who bat from the other side of the plate as well.

I only look at womens breasts, not man-boobs! And I would like to add that if men didn't look at womens breasts women would wear something low cut or something to push them up, or thin shirts so we can see their nipples thru the shirt. So damned if we do and damned if we don't !

Yes. But it depends on how it is done. As far as I am concerned, I consider breasts, at first,as any other part of a woman's body. You look ayt them, but casually. But you do look at them. You do not STARE. It's supposed to be done very quickly and you continue talking to the woman by looking her into her eyes.

They don't look at other people's breasts, they look at women's breasts. Or in the direction of women's breasts. It's usually because there's something interesting there to look at.

We also look at breasts when we are not talking. If breasts are around, we are looking.
