It's prob the KT Tunstall song which was on Grey's Anatomy and Men in Trees. And I think it was also on Six Degrees. I swear I heard it everywhere--also used for their promos and ads.

You could have heard it in either Grey's Anatomy or Ugly Betty. It's been featured in episodes of both shows.
