When you pick her up or feel her sides, her stomach will be 'much' bigger than normal. Eventually, you should actually be able to feel the forms of the babies bodies and feel slight bumpy areas by feeling her stomach, (of course don't annoy her by pressing or squeezing her stomach too hard). If she was with a male pig for about 5 to 12 days, she will most likely get pregnant. My Guinea Pig would have any where from 1 - 5 babies.

She gets very very fat. I thought mine had a tumor until she suddenly gave birth. She was pregnant when I got her.

They are always pregnant.
