Verify that your installing your DSL equipment after the service order completion date/due date given to you when you ordered the DSL.
Check that the gray data cable is plugged into the
"DSL/HPN" port on your DSL line filter and that the "Ethernet" light on the front of the modem is green.
Make sure all line filters that share your DSL number are installed.
If program is running double click on support tool program
for help.
Turn off the modem,reboot the computer then turn the computer back on again.
