Did you slap the voice of reason, and forget any lessons learned?
Was there so much standing in the way..Between you and that special person..
That you wanted to fight the obstacles, even if life could worsen?
Did you know enough about them..An knew you were not blind?
Did they know of all your baggage..and didn't seem to mind?
I ask the masses a Yahoo Answers, not chatting to get reported,
If you've ever felt so strongly for another, your heart became unsorted?
Have you felt as if you could breathe..life into a mistreated soul?
Or did you just fall head over heels, completely out of control?
We're all adults as far as I know..We've loved and lost as well...
I'm asking a question where I know there are answers,
I don't have any product to sell!
So as you've read this poem, Have you, taken a walk down memory lane?
Did it make you think of the one you love..
And revive your heart and your brain?

Well it is very hard because u have been hurt in the past. I understand that u are scared but this is life and u have to face reality. If u somewhat guard your heart and continue to push this guy away - he's gonna go and u'll regret it. you said it yourself - he's a great guy - you've already accepted the fact that u have a problem so now u have to decide to take a risk and hope that everything will be alright. But before u take that risk of letting him in ur heart completely, u have to find out if he's really worth it. Just have faith in the love that u have- If u don't, this will keep happening over and over again. You have to make a choice - i know it seems hard - best wishes

No it hasn't, I must admit
the loser I dumped was a total ****.
He taught me one thing and of that I am glad
You don't cry over losers, you simply get mad.
There won't be any rides down memory lane
I'll stick to the future and those that are sane.

Nice! It totally makes me feel guilty for not acknowledging my feelings for somebody in a clearer way, instead by avoiding such feelings.
